A Hydrating Green Juice That Actually Tastes Good, Too

As you know, we’re big proponents of proper hydration over here. But true hydration isn’t about how much you drink; it’s about what you drink and how well your body absorbs it. Our bodies actually need a combination of water, electrolytes and fiber to absorb and maintain optimum hydration. Drinking green juice is not only a great way to get more greens into your diet, but it’s also a great way to boost hydration levels!

In celebration of National Green Juice Day and to get you hydrating better, we created this delicious green juice recipe that combines HALO – an organic lemon juice base plus added vitamins, minerals and electrolytes – and a fruit & vegetable blend chock full of fiber, vital for proper hydration and absorption. 8 oz HALO Peach

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cucumber (peeled if not organic)

1 handful of spinach

Juice from 1/2 lime

1 tsp grated ginger

1-2 tsp honey to taste

4-6 oz water
